It is with a heavy heart that I announce my resignation from Pediatric Wellness Group. I feel so privileged to have been able to be a part of the wonderful team here at PWG. I am confident that they will continue to care for my patients with the same level of care and service that I have provided over the past four years.
I want to thank my amazing families for trusting in me with the care of your most precious ones. I am truly humbled by the confidence you have instilled in me. It has been an honor to be a part of your lives and I have sincerely enjoyed watching your little ones develop, learn, and grow. Thank you for helping me to also grow, both as a physician and a mama, as we navigated this path together. I will miss all the encouraging smiles, hugs, and high fives and I will take those with me as I transition to my next role.
My family and I will be relocating to Santa Rosa, CA where I will practice at Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods. It is a bittersweet move but one that is best for our family at this time. My last day in the office at PWG with be August 19th, 2022. The front desk staff is available to accommodate all families with scheduling needs over the coming weeks.
