We have finally received all our flu vaccine!
We will be having drop-in flu vaccine clinics on the following days and times:
Tuesday December 16th 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Wednesday December 17th 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Friday December 19th 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm CANCELLED
SATURDAY December 20th 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm CANCELLED
Tuesday December 23rd 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tuesday December 30th 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Wednesday December 31st 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
We have the injectable flu vaccine for ages 6 months and up and we have the nasal mist for ages 2 and up. This is an intra-nasal vaccine and we cannot give this to children with the any of the following health issues:
an allergy to eggs (this applies to both nasal and injectable vaccines)
history of chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or asthma
any episodes of wheezing or bronchospasm in the past 12 months
if they have received Varivax or MMR in the past 4 weeks.
child must avoid contact with persons who are severely immunocompromised for 7 days after getting the nasal spray vaccine.
We are now offering the injectable vaccine to parents. Please call for more information.
